Fantasy Life i Announcement
Level-5 announced that Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time would be released on May 21 through a new trailer revealed on Friday. The same trailer, however, discloses that the forthcoming RPG will indeed ship on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and PC through Steam, as well as Nintendo Switch, which had been previously reported.
Originally expected on 2023 but postponed for last summer, then on October 10 until postponed indefinitely. It was to be published in April 2025.
The latest title takes place on the mythical island of Mysteria. As previously featured titles, participants create their own avatars to engage in combat, gathering, and crafting. The in-game professions or modes of life include paladin, lumberjack, and gourmet. Players can traverse between the past and present to uncover the mysteries behind the island.
Nintendo first published the original Fantasy Life Nintendo 3DS title in North America in October 2014. The game was first launched in 2012 in Japan.

Level 5 first announced Fantasy Life Online in 2015 under the subheading Fantasy Life 2: Futatsu no Tsuki to Kamisama no Mura (Fantasy Life 2 Twin Moons and the Sacred Village) and held closed beta testing in July 2016. Within the same year, around October, it was later renamed Fantasy Life Online with plans to release the game in 2016. After this, though, there were numerous delays from Level 5 and instead, the game launched in July 2018. It made a worldwide launch under Boltrend Games in December 2021. The game ended service in Japan in December 2021 and worldwide in February 2023.
