Asuka Keigen‘s manga adaptation of Yū Shimizu‘s light novel series was launched in 2019.
The concluding chapter of Asuka Keigen’s manga series, ‘The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy (Seiken Gakuin no Maken Tsukai),’ is being published in the April issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine. The manga is based on a light novel series by Yū Shimizu having the same title.

Yen Press is the publisher of the manga, and it describes the storyline as given below:
“Adapted from the light novels soon to be anime! A thousand years ago, Leonis Death Magnus, the undead sorcerer and greatest of the dark lords, entered a magical stasis mid-climactic battle. Upon awakening, he finds himself face to face with a lovely silver-haired girl, by the name of Riselia. Even stranger, Leonis has now become a 10-year-old boy! He’ll need to adjust to this new and bizarre place he finds himself in, contend with the warped VOIDS, and most importantly, keep his true powers secret from the attractive new guardian he’s got now in this time period.”
The manga was published in Monthly Shōnen Ace starting in 2019. Kadokawa shall publish the compiled 10th book volume of the manga on March 24.
Kadokawa published the current volume of the novel in Asagi Tōsaka’s illustrations in May 2019; the first volume of the series was published in this month. The last of the sixteen volumes of the series was released on October 25. By the way, Yen Press publishes the novels in English and will release the 11th in English on April 8.
The television adaptation of the novels started its airing in October 2023 in Japan, after a pre-premiere on the ABEMA service in September of 2023. HIDIVE streamed the show in an S-VOD service.
